Other ways to ask

• In the framewed app: Menu → Your account → Delete account.
• On the web: sign in at framewed.com, open the menu → Your account → Delete my account.
• Can't sign in? Write to legal@framewed.com from the email or phone number on your account (or use framewed.com/support). We check it is you, then delete it the same way.

What is removed

From your account

• Your name, email, phone number, password, photo and two-step sign-in.
• Your sessions, the phones registered for notifications, your own music, your feed albums and your outside jobs.
• If you have worked crew jobs for studios, your name stays as plain text on those past jobs, so the studios' records still show who did the work. Nothing else about you is kept with it.

From a studio only you own

• Closed at once: its team can no longer open it and its public pages go offline.
• After 30 days: its portfolio, website, packages, delivery galleries and their links, enquiries, invoice designs and files are deleted, and its team links are removed. Crew keep their own accounts.
• Its clients' names, phone numbers, emails and notes are removed.
• Unused SMS credit is forfeited.

A studio that has another owner carries on without you.

What is kept, and why

Invoice and payment amounts and dates, SMS top-up amounts and transaction IDs, and security logs are kept, with the personal details removed, for as long as the law requires them for tax, accounting, security or dispute purposes. Copies in backups are removed as backups are replaced. See the Privacy Policy.
