Is framewed free?
Yes. framewed is free while it is in preview: invoices, crew, calendar, galleries and the app. Only text messages cost money: SMS go out from prepaid credit you top up in the studio. Email notices are free.
Is my studio's data safe?
Everything travels over HTTPS. Each studio sees only its own clients and invoices. Your crew see their own jobs and never your prices, payments or costs. A client's invoice link shows the invoice and nothing else. You can delete your account at any time. Privacy policy
Does it work in Bangla?
Bangla names, addresses and notes show correctly everywhere: on invoices, PDFs, the client's link and the app. A full Bangla version of the app's screens is being translated.
How does my crew use it?
Add them by mobile number. They get a text, set a password and see only the jobs you book them on. They accept or decline each day and get a reminder the evening before. A freelancer keeps one account for every studio they shoot for.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time, from the app, from the website or at framewed.com/delete-account. Your account is switched off straight away and deleted for good after 30 days. Contact support within those 30 days if you change your mind.
